Marrakech

September – one of my favourite months. It’s always a busy time for business but also lots of birthday celebrations (including mine)… and birthdays mean weekends away! This year’s was celebrated with a long weekend in Marrakech. I love how almost anything is possible in 3 days now! Travel is one of my greatest passions and although I do a lot of it, it’s taken a long time to make it to Marrakech and it didn’t disappoint! Here are a few of my favourite shots:

Katie and Garry’s wedding

Everything about this wedding was fabulous – an amazing couple, 1 best man, 4 best girls, gorgeous guests, stunning venue and much more. Here’s a snapshot of how it went.

Caroline & Phil

Two of my favourite people; one sunny (and rainy) Sunday; London (though not quite all of it), a lot of fun and one iconic shoot!

Venice

I couldn’t help wondering before I went, if Venice could ever live up its reputation. The reality is, it exceeded any expectations I had. It’s one of the most beautiful cities I’ve been to and the Ca Maria Adele, a gorgeous boutique hotel I’ll definitely be going back to! I adored this place, got lost many times and met as many new friends as I found new places. And it was a business trip! Life doesn’t get much better!!

Denise

Denise is a songwriter and was the perfect model for these images for her book and web page. The weather was awful on the day of the shoot and all our plans had to be re-thought at the last minute. Many thanks to stylist Sharon and hair and make-up artist Laura for all their help on the day!

Detail

I love the detail in shots – those things that involve care and attention in the choosing, yet are often overlooked.

Take one pair of miu miu’s for example! This was Denise’s shoot but I couldn’t resist the shoes. Just show me a woman who could!! I love this image!
